Welcome to WhatIsAEO. By using our service, you agree to these terms.

1. Service Overview

WhatIsAEO is an AI brand database platform that helps brands showcase their information to AI systems. We provide:

  • Brand registration and management
  • AI-optimized data presentation
  • Structured data for AI crawlers

2. Account and Registration

  • You must provide accurate information during registration
  • Email verification is required for account creation
  • You are responsible for maintaining account security
  • One account per person or organization

3. Brand Registration

  • You may only register brands you own or are authorized to represent
  • All submitted content must be accurate and not misleading
  • You retain ownership of your brand information
  • We may display your brand information to AI systems and users

4. Pricing and Payments

Free Tier

  • 200 character description limit
  • 2 edits per month
  • Up to 3 tags

Pro Tier ($19/month)

  • 2,000 character description limit
  • Unlimited edits
  • Up to 10 tags
  • MCP (Model Context Protocol) support

Enterprise Tier (Custom pricing)

  • Unlimited description
  • Unlimited edits and tags
  • MCP support with API access
  • Priority support

Payments are processed through Polar. Subscription terms are governed by Polar's payment policies.

5. Usage Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Submit false or misleading brand information
  • Impersonate brands you do not own
  • Use the service for illegal purposes
  • Attempt to circumvent tier limitations
  • Scrape or harvest data without permission

6. Intellectual Property

  • You retain all rights to your brand content
  • We are granted a license to display and distribute your content to AI systems
  • Our platform, design, and code remain our property

7. Service Termination

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • We may terminate accounts that violate these terms
  • Upon termination, your brand data may be removed

8. Disclaimer

  • Service is provided "as is" without warranties
  • We do not guarantee AI systems will use your data
  • We are not responsible for how AI systems interpret your data

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
